Dry Creek Gun Club
I joined the Dry Creek Gun Club several months ago and it has been great. On Saturday Zureal Bernier led us in the making of Sauerkraut. The month before we did turkey plukin and for 4th of July we are going Scuba Diving, in The Delta to get Crawdad’s for a big feed that night. One week we all got together and made cheese. 3 types of Riccotta, 3 types of Marscapone and a Fresca Leche. Next week we are having a feast like no other you have seen. After 30 years working as a Chef that is saying something.
